Launched a few years ago by geographer Topi Tjukanov, the #30DayMapChallenge has taken the geovisual world by storm. With participants from all over the globe, the Twitter event challenges people to try out new tools and to get creative with map-making. We set out to only do a few maps, but ended up, to our own surprise, completing all 30 days.
